Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Plans change — we get it. Because every booking is a time slot set aside just for you, here's how cancellations, no-shows and rescheduling work.
At Hull Yeah Detailing, we understand that plans can change. However, our bookings are scheduled specifically for each customer, and late cancellations can result in lost time and an inability to fill the appointment.
Cancellation with more than 12 hours' notice
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.
Late cancellation — less than 12 hours
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 40% cancellation fee of the booked service price.
Same-day cancellation & no-show
For same-day cancellations or no-shows, Hull Yeah Detailing reserves the right to charge 50% of the booked service price.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with more than 12 hours' notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies and circumstances outside your control can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Hull Yeah Detailing.
